Property is next to the Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel (Margaritaville Vacation Club) - You can walk on the beach to the Hotel!!! The Wyndham facilities include 2 golf courses, casino, restaurants, beach bar, tennis courts (2 clay - 6 hardcourt) and more. 5 Minute drive to El Yunque Rainforest, horseback riding at Hacienda Carabali and 5-10 minutes from the Luquillo Kiosks!

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have never been installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)
