Renovated 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome nestled in a quiet, gated community in Bradenton between I-75 & some of the best beaches in the country. My townhome is 2 bedrooms (queen size) with en suite bathrooms. The beds are queen-sized. Amenities in the neighborhood include large heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a volleyball area, a sports field, and a designated parking spot only steps away from the front door. Non-numbered guest parking is also available

This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden

This is a (small) space in my home (162 square feet), renovated, cozy and beautiful, Fully equipped so you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. Totally private and independent. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just 17 minutes from Anna Maria and other beautiful beaches, nature reserves and other attractions. ready for 1 or 2 people.( We have another beautiful stay for 2 people on the same property).

This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe.
