A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.

You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. Yarrawarra Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom house that is a stone's throw from the Sandgate beachfront esplanade and just a moments walk to the heart of Sandgate village. With two bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom/laundry with washer and dryer, and expansive deck. One minute walk to the water and five to ten from all Sandgate has to offer. As we live in a separate house on site with our family, no events/parties/gatherings are allowed.
