We are situated in the small town of Blind River. Across from the river, boardwalk and a few minutes from the lake. Our apartment is on the upstairs floor of this historic 1897 home, with private entrance. Designed to ensure your every comfort is met, with space for four. Careful attention to detail, and styling has created a modern luxury suite with brass finishes, hard wood floors, maple cabinetry, chef's kitchen, and plush beds. Relax, fish on the river, kayak, launch a boat, enjoy nature.

Stone Castle's Lakefront Cabin, Sauna & Hot tub

#GBJ-0003 Come stay on a beautiful acreage (65 acres) beside our stone house set on a hill overlooking a lake on one side and hills of maple, white pines and limestone cliffs on the other. The cozy 1 bedroom sleep cabin with a hot tub, its own bathroom and kitchenette accommodate our airbnb guests. We have gardens, apple trees, chickens, maple forest we tap, the lake for you to swim and play in with canoes and a sauna, as well as trails to walk in to enjoy nature and the abundant wildlife.

4 Bedroom Cottage on Manitoulin Island!

Available year round, enjoy a relaxing stay in this 4 bedroom, 2 story air conditioned cottage less than 200 feet from the largest beach on Manitoulin Island, in Providence Bay. Fully furnished - sleeps up to 8 with exclusive access of the entire cottage! We offer additional services for purchase including firewood, full linens for all beds, showering towels, bike & kayak rentals. Bedding fees are no more than $10/bed and $5/towel, but we often discount this based on the number of guests.

COUNTRY CABIN

This all repurposed bunkie is in a picturesque setting on Manitoulin island. It has a large deck to enjoy the day . 230sq ft living space inside. It offers a queen size bed for our guest to find comfort and rest , along with a futon ; this cabin has a wonderful rustic feel. The cabin is framed with a beautiful wood finish with select antiques as decorations. This humble cabin is off the grid; it has solar lights. The washroom is a compostable outhouse. We have fire wood for purchase.

Welcome to the Patersons of Huron Shores- located on 80 acres on the banks of the Mississagi River in Iron Bridge ON. Here you can unplug from life and reconnect with nature.This is a place to relax and recharge. You will find a beautiful four season off grid yurt(no electricity,running water), access to a fire pit and barbeque for cooking. Enjoy the river, sunsets, and incredible night skies as well as the wildlife, including otters, bears, deer, birds and bald eagles in the fall!

The original church pews will seat many around the hand made live edge table.

Explore the rare limestone plains, fossils, deer trails, alvar life. Swim in the bright blue magnetic waters. We love dogs!

The Cedar Rose

Built in 2018, our off-grid cedar cabin is tucked away in a mixed woodland on beautiful Manitoulin Island. It is uniquely decorated with antiques, thrift store finds and handicrafts collected from our travels around the world as far as Africa, Japan, Costa Rica and Canada’s Arctic. Our space is an inviting space to unwind, unplug and wake up to the sounds of the birds after enjoying the stars on a clear night.
