Built in the early 1900s and expanded over time, the home offers warmth and character. A standout feature is the large kitchen with two ovens, two sinks, and ample cookware, ideal for shared meals. The property also includes a peaceful pond for catch-and-release fishing and is a short drive to skiing, golf, dining, and shops.

This is a ground level loft condo that is bright, clean and nicely updated. We are minutes from the Holiday Valley Resort and a short walk to the Village of Ellicottville.
