Our Shuksan Suite is freshly remodeled and upgraded to provide you with a relaxing place to unwind after a long day of carving turns at Mt Baker, rafting the river, snowmobiling the woods or hiking the trails. Featuring an Alexander Signature Series queen bed and Easy Breather Pillows from Nest Bedding, full kitchenette and dining area, and a full shower/bathtub, you can stay in and relax. We are also a short walk to local dining and nightlife. Enjoy playing billiards, ping pong, and foosball in the Shuksan Den, or just relax by the fireplace on one of the many cozy couches reading your favorite book. Free shared Wi-Fi is available, but internet in Glacier is not high speed and is not guaranteed. Remote work, wifi calling or other streaming services may not be possible. Don't miss the secret trail to Red Mountain—just steps from the driveway—or explore countless scenic hikes in the area. On warmer days, cool off with a swim in the crystal-clear waters of nearby Silver Lake.

Country Guesthouse

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future. A final note: we require that you be vaccinated and boosted. Enjoy this beautiful setting situated between the charming city of Bellingham and the world class Mt. Baker Ski Area. You'll be staying in our brand new tiny house with views of the eagle sanctuary and within walking distance to the North Fork Eagle preserve, including trails to the Nooksack River. We are 37 miles to the ski area and 20 miles to downtown Bellingham. Perfect for skiing, bald eagle viewing, hiking, biking, dining, and of course, relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

We built this tiny house after a trip to Japan where we fell in love with the concept of “shinrin-yoku” (forest bathing or taking in the forest atmosphere). Even though this property is located within a small, private neighborhood, the forest and a rushing creek can be enjoyed from every area. Try your hand at tiny home living in the 196 square foot space. Or cheat a little and sit outside on the cute little porch or creekside deck.

Located in the Glacier Springs neighborhood it’s only a few miles from the National Forest boundary and 20 miles to the Mt Baker Ski area. Explore our neighborhood trails along Canyon Creek or take a short drive and choose from dozens of mesmerizing hikes in the National Forrest.

Looking for a place to experience "social distancing"? This quiet, cozy house is located on Cornell Creek Road at mile post 31 of the Mount Baker Highway between Maple Falls and Glacier, Washington about 25 miles from Artist's Point and the Mt. Baker ski area. Pets are OK if well behaved.
