This comfortable and spacious home is perfectly located to easily access all that wonderful West Cornwall has to offer. The house has a large outside balcony with private gardens. Set in the grounds of a former plant nursery the green leafy location is charming. Whist truly rural it is only half a mile from the main A30. Public footpaths and fields and meadows surround the area.
