Villa Poderina è un tipico casolare in pietra rosa arredato in un bellissimo stile country chic, dolcemente adagiato nella riva del fiume Candigliano situato nell’ entroterra marchigiano con una meravigliosa vista panoramica. Incastonata nel giardino, spazioso e molto curato, si trova la bellissima piscina, mentre a pochi metri all'interno della proprietà si accede all'affascinante spiaggia incontaminata del fiume con accesso privato dove è possibile fare bagni rilassanti o percorrere sentieri.

Vanaf ons zwembad heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei. Wij bevinden ons in de streek Le Marche waar u het authentieke Italië nog kunt beleven. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Refined and elegant medieval house, just renovated, 90 Sq. m., located in the beautiful square of the village of Saragano. Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a living room with a double sofa bed and a landing overlooking the square. Ai piedi del monte San Vicino, su una splendida collina a 420 metri sul livello del mare, in piena tranquillità e facilmente raggiungibile si può godere di una splendida vista a 360 gradi, dai monti Sibillini alla Gola della Rossa. Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.
