A split bathroom layout (separate toilet left, large shower right) leads to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, air-fryer and a 3-seater table overlooking the gardens. Beyond is a cozy reading nook. Includes a private rooftop braai garden, shared pool house, and full backup battery/inverter.
