Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

La casetta del Borgo è una piccola perla nel suggestivo Borgo di Trevignano Romano. Un delizioso monolocale a due passi dal Lago, dall’atmosfera soffusa, che si ispira al tema di una barca. Tre posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo soppalcato), cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e un suggestivo biocamino. La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Nel delizioso borgo sospeso di Corchiano, offriamo una dimora unica e romantica che trova collocazione al piano terra dell'antica torre di guardia del paese. Qui troverete ad attendervi la vista mozzafiato di una finestra affacciata nel vuoto e la tranquillità di un borgo pedonale incastonato nel verde della Tuscia. Ottima cucina, terme, borghi, castelli, laghi ed aree archeologiche rappresentano il patrimonio di un territorio tutto da scoprire e facilmente raggiungibile dalla nostra location.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!
