White River Resort #4

This is the Deluxe one bedroom River unit # 4 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River State Park. Each unit is private like a hotel. You can rent all 4 rooms if available. Many rent #4 with unit #3 because it can be accessable. This deluxe unit sleeps 9 comfortably. There are 2 queen beds in the master, 1 full bed in the living area, and 3 twin folding beds for a comfortable stay. This unit overlooks the majestic White River.

Covered 2 slip boat dock w/ new stairs down to the dock. Kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom 3 bath on 7 acres w/ new flooring thru out w/ gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player & dvds. No wifi. Very secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. This stretch of river is world class fishing. The Sugar Magnolia River House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath privately owned home located on Wildcat Shoals on the White River. A relaxing atmosphere where you can catch trophy trout right from the backyard. Relax with either our inside all glass living room or one of our several porches with a fantastic view of the White River. We have excellent wade & bank fishing access, and a short walk to the Wildcat Shoals boat launch. Many record browns have been caught and released from our backyard
