This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Peaches Place

Peaches Place is a cozy 440 sf. home, set back from the street with a big front yard for a sense of privacy while still being in a close-knit community. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Located in the heart of Bluffton, Green Gables on Main will provide you and your friends or family with an immaculate, spacious, clean and comfortable place, within walking distance of downtown. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.

Stay in this private, surprisingly spacious upstairs studio inside a turn-of-the-century house.
