First floor features a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Second floor features a queen bedroom, a double twin bedroom, and a half bathroom. Relax outside on the covered deck or hang by the fire ring for a campfire and s'mores! The local area is filled with outdoor activities like hiking, biking, fishing, mountain biking and tons more.

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen.
