Just 1 1/2 miles to the boat launch and store at Waterfront. Places close by-Goosepond, Cathedral Caverns, Cavern Cove shooting range, G'ville St. Park, zip-lines. 8x40 covered deck, patio w/firepit, gas & charcoal grills, corn hole, darts, two hot tubs, five kayaks, one canoe w/gear, and a trailer. Nivendale Cabin - at Riverview Campground

Our new hand crafted Nivendale cabin uses cedar, poplar, oak, pine and driftwood harvested from our 150+ acre lakefront property. The unique rustic mock treehouse design has a large raised deck with an outdoor tree trunk window seat. Set among massive shady trees, it is beautifully furnished. Guests can enjoy our large adjacent campground shoreline with a swimming pier, and boat launch and canoe use at no charge. Recently featured in our local paper, there is no cabin quite like this.

Enjoy badminton, cornhole, or a campfire in our spacious backyard or relax on the covered dock looking out on the main channel of Lake Guntersville.

Renovated in 2020… Perfect cottage situated in the middle of Downtown Guntersville a short distance from boat launches, shopping, and dining. Building was Extremely long car port with multiple outdoor power outlets -- Amazing for pulling in boats and other watercraft. Fully furnished 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths with full kitchen, double sinks in the master bath, free WiFi, and access to streaming services. Perfect home base to experience all that Lake Guntersville has to offer!

Brown's Creek Cottage - park up to 3 boat trailers

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

Come and relax at Winner's Circle-a fully renovated home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a split arrangement of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, spacious common areas stocked with games and books, and a patio with gas grill and outdoor seating for your enjoyment. The large back yard provides plenty of outdoor space. The home is located just 4 minutes from the west entrance of the Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater and 15 minutes from Lake Guntersville.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).
