It's out in the country but close enough to town ( 10 mins to San Marcos, and you can take back roads! The eco friendly landscape is amazing and it’s sustained with our rain collectors.

The Caroline is a beautifully preserved colonial house nestled in the heart of Lockhart, Texas. Built by famed architect T.S. Hodges in 1910, The Caroline was recently renovated with all new furnishings including an industrial catering kitchen complete with Viking appliances, an in-ground heated pool with fountain feature, and an expansive, dreamy, screened-in porch.
