Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. The house has two floors, a kitchen and a living room are together (cca 50 m2), 2 bathrooms with shower, there is an air conditioning on both flors, downstairs are 3 bedrooms. A terrace 130 m2, shower, grill, dining place, sunbathing area... Facilities: a fan, an iron, a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, sat tv, radio -10 min to center of Mali Lošinj by walk -2 km to center of Veli Lošinj -beach 5 m

The apartment has a balcony with a sea view. Is located on the first floor in the house by the sea. Distance from the center of the village and the supermarket is 100 meters. In the vicinity there is restaurant "Koralj". If you have a boat, the owners in front of the house have their own boat mooring. The location is ideal for families with children because the whole village offers beautiful natural beach. The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
