Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Vintage Mid-Century Beach Cottage

Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.

Cozy and peaceful cottage by Greenfield Lake, one block from Greenfield Lake and just a short walk to the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater.
