The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

If you're looking to spend the weekend or even a week at our little oasis around Buffalo Springs Lake - then we have your space! Fishing, swimming, boating and all sorts of water activities. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. Backyard has a grand tree, providing plenty of shade for any outdoor activities. Two car carport located in backyard.

Spur Guest House

A perfect place to stay when visiting relatives in Spur, attending the Homecoming festivities, hunting or having fun at White River Lake. Our home is near the school, football field and downtown stores. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house has a nice open floor plan with room to relax. Home has one king size bed, one full size bed, one twin size bed, and a fold out couch with a queen sized bed in it, and can sleep 7 total.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse began as a small-town coffee shop that was deeply loved by the local community. Today, it’s been carefully transformed into a cozy farmhouse retreat, filled with antique pieces and quiet character. Set in the open prairie of West Texas cowboy country, this space offers a kind of stillness that’s hard to come by — a place where mornings are slow, evenings are quiet, and the stars feel close enough to touch.

The Green Door Cottage

Welcome to the Green Door Cottage where you will enjoy a quaint cottage feel in the heart of Childress, Texas. The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Legacy Lodge

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Two Hoots Guesthouse

A comfortable and quaint “home away from home” for whatever brings you to the area. Sitting on the porch in this laid back community, we have learned we don’t give “Two Hoots” about the work and drama we left behind. The owls and coyotes call out each evening as the stars show off above. Time stands still in Matador, Texas; it’s good for the soul. We think you’ll love it here, too!
