This 2 level cottage with native bush surrounds is perfect for couples to envelope themselves with the beauty of NZ land and sea. There is also art and books abound. Enjoy sea views from the comfort of the bed, lounge, kitchen, even the bush bath as well as various parts of the section. Seaperch backs onto a native bush reserve. No smoking inside but outside is fine.

The property features 3 rooms with beach views, a very large open living area and expansive deck perfect for a BBQ. The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.
