Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

You can walk to town in 10 min or ride one of the bikes to the Perfect Cup or have lunch at another Matlacha restaurant. Your family will enjoy fishing off the dock, corn hole, board games, bbq, and Pac-Man.

Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. The den doubles as your kitchenette and sitting area with double sliding glass doors that open up to the shared pool and dock area. Gas grill and microwave for cooking (no stove). Boat to five restaurants. Visit the Matlacha Art Galleries. Fish off the dock. WELCOME!

Spend time relaxing in our fully screened in lanai which features ample seating, smart TV, and flattop grill. We also have 2 single and 1 double kayaks for you to explore the magical waters. Fantastic local restaurants are within walking distance as well as many gift shops and a fresh fish market. This colorful quirky island puts off a vibe like no other!

Use our 1 person kayak for fun or fishing from our 8'X22' FUN & SUN deck docked in the back canal with picnic table & loungers. Relax, sun, grill and fish.

You love the water... then this is your place to be! The 2-story villa with heated pool and Gulf access has been completly renovated in 2024! Start kayaking or by boat exploring the beautiful beaches and Mangroves right from the dock, direct access (Lift is not available right now but small boats can be tied at the dock). Catch your fish and enjoy it for dinner....watch Dolphins pass by.... The private pool privides a nice refreshment after a day out and about.

Welcome to historic Matlacha. This home on a deep-water canal is a Fishermans paradise. The bedroom has a queen size bed and living room has pull out couch. There is a full kitchen with all necessities. Come grill on the waterfront screened in porch, or fish right from the deck. Bring your water toys right to the house or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to all Matlacha has to offer.
