Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Welcome to our dog friendly static lodge. It has new secure decking. It is set at the bottom of Lagganhouse Country Park with excellent views over the park itself and nearby Knockdolian Hill. Situated in the Stinchar Valley 3 miles from Ballantrae. The park has an on site bar, indoor and outdoor play areas and lots of forest walks. Park is dog friendly. There is also an indoor heated pool which can be booked at the office.

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. 2 king size bedrooms, one ensuite with a further 2 single beds and wc on the mezzanine level. A bathroom with shower over the bath. Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. We have a dog secure garden and a shed to lock bikes in. We are between 10/30 mins from 3 of the 7stanes cycling trails and 6 miles from several beaches or hills for walking. You are 5 mins drive away from the market town of Castle Douglas.

Surrounded by rolling countryside, No 2 Ramageton is a newly restored farm cottage with one bedroom and full bathroom. The open-plan living room has a full kitchen with everything needed for a short or longer stay. There is a Smart TV, blue-tooth speaker, dining and sitting area. There is a utility room with washer dryer, iron and board, safe and picnic basket and rug. Outside there is a fenced garden with seating and fire pit. Parking is immediately outside the garden.
