We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. Across the street is The Warehouse Market & Bakery, so you can grab some cinnamon rolls and groceries. Splash pad, parks, shopping & more in the town of Atmore (6 miles).

Our cabin “Bear Necessities” is a great place to lose track of time & simply enjoy the setting. Stay inside & enjoy the hunting style cabin & it’s bear theme decorations, sit on the covered front porch or rear deck, take a dip in the pool, or soak up sun on the patio next to the pool. With just being an hour drive from Gulf Shores/Orange Beach there are endless possibilities for recreation, food, and entertainment.
