We offer log cabin rentals, that are tucked away on their own private 11 acre lake. Come spend a few days fishing, rocking on the front porch and relax in the woods of Northeast Texas. We recommend you build a campfire & roast marshmallows in the fresh evening air. We are located 6 miles north of Jefferson.

Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

If you prefer, you can keep your car parked and walk anywhere in the historic district! You will have the entire cottage to yourself with a queen sized bed, private bath, stocked coffee bar with Keurig coffee pot, small table for two, and a cozy sitting area with two oversized chairs and ottoman.

Caddo Lake Caboose - - waterfront w pier

The Caddo Caboose was used at the Longhorn Ammunition Plant in Karnack, Texas. When the Army shut the plant down thirty or so years ago, the Caddo Caboose was created with the car being made it into a unique weekend getaway. The Caboose is fully furnished 1 bedroom lodge with living, dining & bathroom areas as well as WiFi, Cable & DVD amenities. All you have to bring is the food you want to cook & your toiletries. A charcoal grill is provided on a private deck overlooking the water.

The tiny cottage is completely private with a dog-themed decor. Up to two dogs accepted; sorry no cats. This is a tobacco-free property and due to host allergies it is unsuitable for tobacco or marijuana users. The Little House can accommodate one or two adults, but is not suitable for children. It’s also not suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to picking up after themselves and mindful of the care taken to preserve precious vintage things for the enjoyment of others.
