I offer a spacious and stylish loft with a separate bedroom, located in the heart of Friedrichshain. Despite being centrally located near the Oberbaumbrücke, the East Side Gallery, and numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, the loft offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet courtyard. The space is ideal for 1 to 2 guests. Please note that as this is a calm and residential neighborhood, parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted.
