BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Great village pub 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast included! The annex has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe, king size bed and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. It has a large sitting/dining room, fibre wi-fi, a downstairs bedroom & ensuite wet room (+ pull out bed/cot for 9th guest, available on request). Upstairs are 2 double & a twin bedroom. The shared Games room is next door to the cottage plus lake, wildlife, walks & close to beach & Jurassic coast. Dogs welcome (£30 payable on arrival)

Set on the Brecon canal "Poppy's Pad" is a new modern luxury studio apartment with a private entrance set on the canal bank and is located above a community pub which welcomes families, dogs and couples. It has a large living area valued ceiling, king bed, sofa bed and full kitchen. A separate luxury bathroom with a walk in shower completes the space. The apartment over looks the hills and town of Risca which can be seen from the two Juliet balconies. It does not have a separate bedroom.
