The studio apartment is situated at the rear of the stand-alone brick double garage with its own private entrance & off street parking. It has a small courtyard, own bathroom, washing machine & dryer. Well-appointed kitchenette. Suitable for 1 couple (Queen Bed). A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. The property is NOT Suitable for pets.

My place is ideal for couples, friends & solo adventurers, but the site is not deemed safe for children.

Spacious Beach Flat

This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation. Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

Coastal calm, located in the heart of Merimbula. Walking distance to everything this little town has to offer, this newly renovated unit is only 5 min drive from the beach and airport, and a 3 min walk to the lake. There are 4 steps to navigate to get to the front door. The unit is single level. We are just a 5 minute stroll from Merimbula's town centre where you will find restaurants, pub, clubs & boutique shopping as well as our closest beach at Spencer Park & children’s playground. Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.
