It is only a 5 minute drive to Peterson's Champagne house, and 10 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens. Fully air-conditioned and sitting on a large block so you have plenty of space. My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Rest, eat, sleep, repeat!! Enjoy the comfort of our renovated home. Perfect sleeping arrangements for 2 families or 1! The kids will be entertained with the beach at the front and park at the rear. Check in at 3pm and checkout at 11am. If there is no back to back bookings I may be able to accomodate earlier check in upon request. Everything in walking distance!
