Beech Hut. Warm, cosy cabin near to the sea.

Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Stylish shepherd's hut - 10 min walk to beach

Cosy, comfortable and luxurious shepherd's hut make this a unique getaway, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the village of Milford on Sea. Dogs welcome and dog secure. Comfy king-sized bed and shower room sit alongside the middle living space, with kitchen, dining area and seating, overlooking the private outdoor area. The garden area has relaxing chairs and dining table and enjoys the sun all day long. A gas BBQ is available to grill outside. A welcome package is also included on arrival

Danehill - spacious house near the sea

Danehill is a spacious house, set in mature gardens tucked away from the road, five minute walk from the seafront and the village centre. The house is warm and welcoming and you will instantly feel at home. Milford offers an amazing range of restaurants, bars, and pubs, two mini supermarkets, and little shops. A perfect place by the sea suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Dogs are welcome. We charge £40 per stay for dogs.

Your accommodation overlooks the village green, and you're less than a mile from the beach!

Seascape

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, the perfect setting to escape to the sea. Seascape offers an elevated industrial style setting - think New York loft style living! Where all is accessible in an airy space. Situated within 200m walking distance of the cliff top path and 250m of the sea; the location is a haven for walking, running, wild swimming, cycling, watersports and fishing. The perfect location to explore the local area, the market town of Lymington or the New Forest.

Lymore Orchard is the perfect place for a getaway for 2. The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Beaches Studio

Beaches" is a contemporary bright studio offering light and airy accommodation with a feeling of tranquillity. With its own front door and patio doors which lead to a private courtyard. The location is perfect - Ideal if you wish to park your car and just walk - approx 5min walking distance from the village shops, beach, cafes, pubs, restaurants and village green. You can walk to Keyhaven harbour and the marshes, very popular with bird watchers. A ferry can be taken to Hurst Castle.

Barton Hollow

Welcome to our cozy cabin nestled between the town and the sea! This small, unique retreat offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With its rustic charm and modern amenities, including a fridge, comfy bed, and a charming outdoor seating area, it's perfect for couples or solo adventurers seeking a tranquil getaway. Less than a 10 minute walk from the beach and just a short drive from the town and forest, you'll have convenience and choice at your doorstep.

Cosy clifftop flat with sea view

Welcome to the Foredeck, a beautiful, well-equipped, self-contained flat with uninterrupted stunning sea views, perfect for a seaside getaway. On the ground floor, at the front of a seafront house, The Foredeck is completely self contained with its own conservatory, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and garden area. It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

Less than 5min walk to village and 7 min to sea

Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It benefits from it's own fenced off patio area which captures the evening sunshine. It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a refurbished bedroom in May 2026 with new king size bed and a shower room with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Less than a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea.

Ashtree House - Three Bedroom Detached House

Situated a ten-minute walk from The Cliff House and just five minutes from the beach is Ashtree House. Sleeping up to 6 people (5 adults), across three bedrooms with a cosy living room, kitchen diner and sun trapped garden it’s the perfect place to unwind with your friends and family. Detached and beautifully finished dog friendly home, suitable for families or couples and a short walk to Barton on Sea clifftop and the beaches below.

The Hideaway

A privately accessed light and airy room set in a 17 century manor house. Perfect for accessing the forest, coastline as well as the historical town of Lymington. I have 6 acres of semi-wild grounds, to encourage wildlife , Deer, Badgers & Foxes if you’re lucky enough to see them. 20 min walk from Milford on Sea, with lots of cafes restaurants & pubs which you can find on Milford on Sea website.
