It's in a quiet community that is 5 min to Universal Studios and close to Disney, Sea Word, Outlets and Convention Center for guests who come to Orlando to visit the attractions and enjoy local amenities. For the security of our guests and the safety of property, I have a doorbell camera in the front door that will be working/recording during reservations.

Welcome to The Cottage! A pet friendly, super cute, and quiet studio apartment built in 2016, located above the detached garage behind my house. Pets always stay for free, and no additional cleaning fees are charged. Private self access is provided so you come and go as you please. The unit has a full kitchen, king sized bed, 4 pillows, 100% cotton sheets and coverlet. Laundry detergent and dish soap are provided. Trash is located on the west sideof the building.

Its also a few min from Florida mall ,restaurants, food stores, International Dr , The convention Center is 6.5 miles , Theme parks as Universal Studios is 6 miles and Disney is about 25 minutes. The Orlando International airport is 6.5 miles from the house.

A comfortable and prívate studio; you will feel like home. The arrival time is flexible, the check-out is at 10 am, if you leave at 10:05 or need extra time there is a charge of $10 dollars per hour
