The Pond House Annexe

Self-contained with its own entrance, the Annexe forms part of the main house, situated 80 miles south west of London, in a quiet hamlet but very convenient for the A303. It is ideally located for an overnight stay for anyone travelling between London and the West Country. Close to well-known towns and cities including Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and Marlborough, it is just 12 miles from Stonehenge, as well as providing easy access to fly fishing on Hampshire’s world-renowned chalk streams.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

There are great transport links to nearby towns and the lovely Wiltshire countryside, and plenty to do in the immediate area, as well as two great pubs in walking distance!

In a small hamlet with numerous walks on Salisbury Plain, the Brigmerston Annex is hidden away down a private drive in a curve of the River Avon, surrounded by paddocks and water meadows. Codenamed ‘Broadmoor’ by the allies, the house was used by 6th Airborne Division as a planning cell for the invasion of Normandy on 6th June 1944

We are also excellently placed for work at Porton, Boscombe, Andover or Basingstoke
