Construction was just completed on this small, 2 bedroom cabin located in the heart of the Adirondacks. Everything in this house is brand new. Minutes from every attraction; Whiteface Mountain, Lake Placid, Mountain Biking, hiking, etc.. Quiet, private location would make for a perfect romantic get-away or comfortable place to relax after a busy day. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. Couples, solo travelers and small families can explore the ADKs and enjoy an easily walk to great restaurants, bars, marinas, boat/kayak rentals and fishing. Just steps from the door you’ll access the newly expanded ADK Rail-trail to bike, hike or snowmobile. The Winter Carnival Ice Palace and village fireworks can be viewed from the enclosed porch.

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Gristmill Springs

Gristmill Springs Nestled in the high peaks region of the Adirondacks, our cottage boasts views of the Cascade Range and Hurricane Mountain. We are minutes from downtown Keene and local hiking trails. We offer a fully-outfitted kitchen and a living room with working fireplace. We have a stereo system with turntable and a collection of LP’s from the 70’s and 80’s. In the warm weather, enjoy the outdoor shower! Heron Pointe Camp is located near Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid in the Adirondack Park. A beautiful lakefront location on Silver Lake. Near Saranac Lake. Private dock & kayaks. Perfect for a couple, small family or professionals. Close to many Adirondack peaks, lakes, rivers, ponds, hiking trails and skiing. Silver lake is a private lake approximately 3.5 miles long end to end with perimeter shoreline of 13+miles. Nice for swimming, fishing, paddling and relaxing lakeside.

The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.

We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
