Thalerhof Sancta Sebastianus

The Sebastianus apartment is located in Unterinn Ritten, just a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Bolzano. Enjoy a newly renovated interior and spectacular views of the surrounding Alps. Elegante, luminoso ed accogliente appartamento, completamente ristrutturato per garantirvi un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione eccellente, molto centrale e comunque in zona tranquilla ed esclusiva di fronte al Parco Talvera; 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bolzano. Vicino troverete mercatini, caffè, negozi, supermercati, ristoranti, passeggiate pedonali, ciclovie e anche il Museo Archeologico. Massimo due persone. Solo non fumatori.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
