Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Located in a quaint neighbourhood of Cedar Valley in Mission, our home is a short drive from US border & Abbotsford Airport, beautiful lakes, stunning waterfalls, mountain hiking trails, historic sites, dining, wineries & farm tours. Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

Welcome to Hatzic! Beautiful countryside where friends & family can relax soaking in our ultra clean hot tub and swimming pool. Take a break and unwind in our bright and modern suite. Located on lower Chilliwack Mountain. Only 5 minutes off Exit 116 Lickman rd. High ceilings, 2 bedrooms, sleeps max 4, close to shopping & amenities. Small pets welcome. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of our resident Deer's, baby fawns, & possibly a Bear grazing in the grass near by. A few minute drive further up the mountain you can find hiking trails or even enjoy fishing on the Fraser River (around the back of the mountain)
