You are also 1 mile from Buccaneer State Park and can enjoy the wave pool. The heart of downtown Bay St. Louis is seven miles from our home.

Thunder Ridge —Entire House pet-friendly near NOLA

Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. The cabin was built in 2020 and features a ramp and steps to a screened-in porch complete with glider rockers/table, a kitchen/dining/living room area with two recliners, one being a lift chair, TV/WiFi, laundry area, bathroom with handicapped accessible shower, and a bedroom with a king size bed. Concrete open parking pad for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Perfect for mature guests with lots of amenities provided!

Break away from it all and enjoy spending a little time at a slower pace on our 40 acre horse-powered produce farm. You will fall in love with our 240 square foot tiny house with its wrap around porch. Amish rockers complete the space making it an ideal place for that morning or evening cup of coffee. Enjoy touring the farm and watching our Percheron draft horses at work or young colts playing. Chickens, cows, and sheep round out the animals to check out here on the farm.
