Private and comfortable, clean and convenient to many locations in Pittsburgh. Only 20minutes to the city, and stadiums. The cost you see per night is for 2 guests. Added adults (18 and over) are $25.00/adult/day. Children under 18 are $10.00/child/day. Children under 2 are free. Dogs are $10.00/day. I will collect that later.

You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic & other noises above (pets, etc).
