Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

'The Original Bungalow,' part of the @boutiquerentals_' collection, is a Scandi-chic renovated bungalow surrounded by stunning trees. Located only 2 hours from NYC, Smallwood is a destination in itself: walk along the lake or waterfall, or take the canoe or SUPs for a paddle (seasonal). Nearby are Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, breweries, Livingston Manor & cute Delaware River towns with dining+shopping. In the evening, unwind by the fire pit or curl up by the fireplace with a book or movie.

The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest.
