Rocky Ridge Retreat is located in the heart of Wisconsin’s Driftless area in a beautiful valley between Cashton and Coon Valley. Our 665 square foot modern rustic cabin comfortably sleeps five and is truly a fly fisher’s paradise sitting on 10 hillside acres with a tributary of Rullands Coulee Creek across the road. Public access to Rullands Coulee and Timber Coulee Creeks are only a few miles away. We are licensed to operate a Short-term Rental by the State of Wisconsin DATCP.

As of March 2021, it is part of the historic Devil's Hole Ranch. (Occasionally, cattle or horses graze in the pasture.) There are seven bedrooms, a newly repurposed garage that serves as an all-purpose room with 3 additional beds, three large full baths, and loads of room for family, friends, and pets in this 5,000 square foot home.

Our Cabin is located in the Heart of Amish Country on 44 Acres. (maps for Amish tours located in the cupboard) We have Wild Cat Mountain State Park, 4 miles away for horseback riding, hiking trails, and a scenic overlook. As well as the Kickapoo Wild Life Reserve in Lafarge. There is Canoe, Kayak and tubing rentals at the Kickapoo River 3 miles away. Elroy-Sparta Bike trail is about 15 miles away. We are located off of Highway 33 between Cashton and Ontario WI.

Nearby activities include: canoeing, fishing, 4 wheeling, antiquing, and superb scenic sites. Pet Policy: Pets may stay with you for an extra $25 per pet/night.
