Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. The house has a gated private entrance, keypad locked front door, and your own fenced in yard and patio. Outdoor Amenities- Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Corn Hole

We look forward to hosting you in our clean, calm & private 2Br/2Ba just a couple minute walk to Butterfly Beach or the shops & restaurants of Coast Village Rd. For those traveling with kiddos we have a pack & play, high chair as well as kiddo plates & utensils. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
