Peppermint Pond Cottage #2 Private Country Retreat

This quaint 3 bedroom tiny home overlooking a small pond is perfect for 2 to 4 guests, (but keep in mind, this home has a 9 gal. hot water tank) Enjoy a fire at night in your own firepit - wood supplied, fish in the small well stocked pond, sit back on the large deck, grill out, take in the peacefulness. Plenty of parking. Close to Watkins Glen, WGI, and centrally located to many great wineries and attractions. Seasonal- Closed mid Oct - April yearly. Bnb site opens calendar when we are closed.

Just 30 minute drive away from Watkins Glen is Corning Museum of Glass, Cornell University, or Ithaca College. Plenty of places to shop, dine and more!

The Honey Hut

Relax and enjoy this unique and private getaway hidden behind trees on a spacious lot. Minutes from Lake Seneca, wineries and picturesque walking trails with natural waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife! Get back to nature or enjoy wine tasting. Plan a day on the water with kayak & boat rentals, everything you need. We have it all! We also have alternating stairs to access the loft sleeping area (see picture), but if that’s not your thing there is a comfy Murphy bed on the lower level.

Catharine Cottages (# 3 Waneta)

The cottages are delightful with luxury inside and nature outside. This cottage sleeps 2 - 5 with a double bed plus a double futon with a bunk on top. Also: a private bathroom, a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker (with coffee/tea supplied), a welcome basket on check in with local goodies.. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers overlooking a peaceful creek. There is also a picnic table, and a private fire pit as well as a charcoal grill. We supply firewood and charcoal.

Experience a cozy cabin in a country setting with stary nights and wildlife. This 480 sq.ft. cabin will be fully stocked with amenities and more! Smart TV and a electric fireplace for extra coziness. Welcome to the historic Carriage house, located in the Village of Montour Falls, just three miles from Watkins Glen. This one bedroom upper level one bath residence, with full kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry, comfortably accommodates 2 people with a queen bed. The Carriage house is close to a variety of eateries, including bakeries, cafe's, coffee shops, and wonderful lake side dining.

Speedway Suite

We offer a private studio off of a family home. You enter through a shared breezeway, which gives access to a large shared backyard with plenty of opportunity for privacy. We are located just minutes from breweries and waterfalls. The wine trail starts just 12 minutes away and Watkins International is a 15 minute drive.
