This cabin is rich with history as it is the original National Forest Ranger Outpost dating back to the late 1800’s. It is the perfect starting point for all your outdoor adventures with immediate access to ATV/snowmobile/hiking/mountain bike trails, endless gravel biking, hunting, and more. A perfect winter getaway, one of the heaviest snowfall areas in the hills. This property is so deep in the National Forest, it is solar powered. However, that does not mean rustic! This log home is surrounded by a working cattle ranch. The area is peaceful with total privacy. Incredible view of Devils Tower from all areas of the home. Outdoor activities include hiking, snowshoeing, sledding and only five minutes from Devils Tower. Wildlife and livestock can be seen around the property. Warm up by the wood stove on cold days and enjoy dinners on the deck during warm days. All pets must be approved by host before your stay, failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.

Looking to get away from it all? This cozy log cabin sits alone on a rise overlooking fields of sunflowers, where the deer & antelope graze and Kara Creek runs lazily through the valley. Guests are welcome to hike, fish Kara Creek, or fish the 11 acre pond stocked with trout (many over 20 inches) and large mouth bass. This cabin sits about 4 miles from our ranch headquarters, where we also offer food, horseback riding and other activities from May-Oct. Please contact us for more information!

The Cabin at Crow Peak

The Cabin at Crow Peak is hidden within the treeline and the edge of the rocky cliffs of Higgins Gulch. Relax in the private hot tub and outdoor seating. Have your choice of using the grill and either propane or wood buring fire pit on the wraparound deck. Explore the wild life reserve just adjacent to the property for hiking or hunting.
