We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Rustic Rural Ranch House

The Ranch house is located in the rural area of Arroyo Grande.My wife and I and two older boys live here on ten Acres with two houses.We live in the main house in front and our guest house is behind it on the other side of the pool. We use the pool area as our back yard area. The guest house has its own private yard and deck off the back.The pool is closed to guest.If you have small children consider the safety issue’s with pool not fenced. McClellan Cottage - centrally located studio

Escape to wine country in a fresh historic cottage. Centrally-located and full of charm. 539 square feet of living space featuring a queen bed, kitchenette, 3/4 bathroom, dining space and living room space to Netflix and chill. This studio cottage has an inviting open floor plan thoughtfully decorated to accommodate all your needs. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, hotplate and all the tools needed to prepare a lovely meal and dine outside by the firepit.

The Inn at Rockin' K Ranch - Peaceful and Rural

Private studio guesthouse located on same property as main house. You will find our Inn, peaceful, quiet and cozy. Farm style furnishings include handmade quilts and photography. After you've enjoyed your restful sleep on the queen size bed, feel free to lounge around as you plan your day. There is a kitchenette, full bath with walk-in shower, coffees, teas, hot chocolate and some snacks.

Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.

We are located 15-20 minutes away from downtown Cayucos and 20 minutes from downtown Morro Bay.
