A gesztenyefasor szomszédságában áll házikónk, a Lipóti Termálfürdőtől egy macskaugrásnyira, közel a gazdag madárvilágáról nevezetes Morotva-tóhoz. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

A 3 hálószobában 7 főt , ill. a nappaliban igény esetén további 2 főt tudunk elszállásolni, +1 pótágy áll rendelkezésre. Ideális hely családoknak, baráti társaságoknak, akik festői környezetben feltöltődni szeretnének.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Nook with a View offers a cozy getaway for guests looking to stay at an apartment that really feels like home. The apartment boasts panoramic views of the Rába Quelle Water Complex right opposite the building; Széchenyi István University a 9-minute walk away across the river; the Castle of Győr located a 12-minute stroll away; and the Synagogue. Ideal for solo travelers and couples, but can also comfortably fit parties of three. Note that this is a walk-up apartment.
