Comfy, clean and cute! Only 5 min drive to downtown. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

Our bungalow has been a favorite destination since 2014. Private bungalow on a 1/4-acre lot that has been beautifully redecorated and modernized. Located in the heart of Mt. Dora on a picturesque and quiet street. It is just a 5 minute (.4 mile) walk to downtown Mt. Dora. It is 2 bedrooms; one has a queen bed the other is a full size. Also, we have a full-size sleeper sofa. Small dogs are allowed with prior approval. No parties or events allowed.

It's just 2 short blocks from the famous Donnelly strip where you'll find lovely parks, boutiques, bakeries, unique shops and dining from many cultures. The train depot that travels between Mt Dora, Eustis and Tavares and its right around the corner, too. Also, the bike/ walking path... It's less than a block away- :) It Simply is: Mt Dorable!
