Lupo’s Loft is upstairs at Lupo’s Kiln Cafe. Luxury accommodation for 2 in a king bed, complimentary champagne on arrival, free WiFi, Netflix TV, kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s Kiln Cafe is open for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday’s and lunch only on Sunday’s. Open from 11am - 10pm Fri & Sat. 11am - 4pm Sun. Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. Saje's Pod is a two storey self contained unit with private access and parking. It has a queen bed with ensuite and an upstairs living area and kitchenette opening onto a shared deck with a barbecue for use by Pod guests. The Pod also has its own deck. The Pod and the House may be rented together. Saje's House is self contained. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the master with a king, 2 bathrooms and a laundry.

The Mine Managers Suite at Avalon House has some of the original timber wall panelling dating back to 1889 giving it old word charm whilst upgraded modern amenities make it a warm and comfortable private apartment for two. This was the residence of Thomas Davey who managed the Harrietville Gold Company till the great depression in the 20’s. Moritz apartments are luxury premier apartments at Hotham. In ski season there is a free shuttle bus (stop is right out front) to the main village 3 minutes away. The Big D and General Pub and store is 500 metres from the door. Watching the sun set from the balcony after a days skiing is priceless.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
