There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Your hosts are happy to assist you in any way they can to make your stay memorable.

Enjoy the parkade with option to trickle charge your EV or the private BBQ on the deck; store your gear in the secure storage room while you plan your evening visit to the hot tub or a movie to watch on the flat screen with surround sound - Bear Paws has it all!

Fresh Tracks is a true ski in/out, beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with stunning views of the mountains. Located at Bear Lodge which is a 30 second ski down to the magic carpets and chair lifts. You enjoy direct access to and from the slopes. The condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building, located at the end of a hallway, which is quieter. This cozy retreat features a common hot tub with a sign-up system for privacy and one underground parking spot with elevator access

Ocean and island view suite

Welcome to our cozy suite with beautiful views of Quadra Island and the coastal mountains. Located centrally in Campbell River, we are the perfect launching spot for all of your adventures. Please note that the suite is in the lower part of our house and is only accessible by a steep set of stairs. We ask that you restrict your noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Check out the daily conditions while you enjoy your coffee, and watch the kids play and toboggan out front, right from your windows. Ski out from the building and ski back through the village with a short walk back. This top floor unit is quiet, with no noise coming from above as we are the top floor. Well appointed for your convenience, and includes parking! Our home is your home so please come and enjoy!

The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!
