Escape to a beautiful ranch home in the Catskill Mountains, offering a spacious and open 2000 sqft layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7-8 guests. The property is surrounded by 90 acres of land with trails for hiking and biking, two ponds with freshwater fish, and stunning mountain views. The house is bright and airy with large windows that frame the beautiful scenery. It features a mix of rustic and modern decor and amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

An open layout is perfect for cooking, dining and lounging.

You'll also find great hiking in the Spring, Summer and Fall at the Neversink Gorge Unique Area and skiing/snow boarding in the winter at Holiday Mountain! Only a 25 minute drive to Bethel Woods!

The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show.
