The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

It is located on a quiet cliff with a breathtaking view of the sea and near islands. Swim in a secret beautiful beach down the hill or 5 minutes by car at Kastri and Platanias sea village with supermarkets taverns with fresh fish tsipouro and meze. There is a daily party Cruz from Platanias to one of the best islands in the country Skiathos island.

The Potter's House

PLEASE READ THE DETAILS CONCERNING THE EXTRA DAILY FEE TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDINGS!!! The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

Το Νότιο Πήλιο είναι ένα παραμυθένιο μέρος πλάι στο βουνό και τη θάλασσα. Παρθένες παραλίες, κρυστάλλινα νερά, παραδοσιακά, γραφικά χωριά, ολόφρεσκο ψάρι και θαλασσινά σε γραφικά ταβερνάκια πάνω στο κύμα, βόλτες σε καταπράσινα, ήμερα βουνά. Ιδανικό για τις πιο ζεν διακοπές, με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να χαλαρώσει στη φύση.

There is a big porch in front of the house at the level of the ground floor, a small balcony at the back side of the house and a second balcony at the first floor of the bedroom.
