Welcome to this beautiful property located next to Ball State University! This property is close to the hospital, BSU campus, and athletic venues. The main floor has a queen bedroom, full bedroom, and full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two twin beds and plenty of space and all rooms are equipped with a TV. The home has a washer and dryer and has a fenced-in backyard. Located near McGalliard and Wheeling, you have easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential locations.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.
