Hednes is a newly converted barn (spring 2025), on a traditional Cornish farm. Renovated using beautiful materials and with high environmental standards, Hednes hosts solar panels and is heated throughout with underfloor heating powered by a groundsource heat pump (no gas!). On a quiet lane, Hednes barn offers a unique hideaway in a rural location. A short drive from the North (Hayle, Godrevey, St Ives) or South coast (Porth Leven, the Lizard, Penzance) and a 10 minute drive from Helston.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. We're dog-friendly with over 100 acres of farm to explore, including a Labyrinth & stone circles. The cottage has traditional comforts, including a large granite fireplace.
