A short drive from the North (Hayle, Godrevey, St Ives) or South coast (Porth Leven, the Lizard, Penzance) and a 10 minute drive from Helston.

Situated in delightful countryside but not far from the sea, Little Pengelly is in an ideal situation for exploring West Cornwall. St. Ives, Porthleven, St. Michael's Mount and the golden beaches of Hayle are all nearby. The New Barn sits in mature grounds. Porthleven is 15 minutes’ drive and offers friendly pubs and excellent food.

We're dog-friendly with over 100 acres of farm to explore, including a Labyrinth & stone circles. The cottage has traditional comforts, including a large granite fireplace.
