Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway and close to Fleet, Farnborough and Hook. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect getaway!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Studio at The Forge in Pamber End

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

Chocolate Box Country Cottage on Village Green

This cottage is set on the edge of Newnham Green and is one of the oldest cottages, dating back to the early 1500s. It is chocolate box cute, with roses around the door and filled with antiques and vintage furniture and homewares. The village pub is a short walk across the green and Tylney Hall is 10 minutes walk away and there are lots of walks to local pubs. We have a football goal and a table tennis table outside and a pool table and darts board as well as a log burning stove.
